Free Standard Shipping on all orders

Fast & Free Standard Shipping on all ordersNo minimum or promo is needed. Valid only on deliveries to the contiguous US. Orders ship the same or following business day. 

Shipping Info:

  • We do not ship physical products to PO Boxes.
  • We ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, these shipments require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. 
  • Not all shipping methods are available for specific zip codes.
  • We ship Monday through Friday only. The shipping department is closed on weekends and observed holidays. 
  • We ship most orders via UPS, FedEx and USPS for some shipments.
  • UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and USPS Priority delivery options are non-refundable. If the package is delivered late, we can file a claim on your behalf, but reimbursement depends on the carrier's approval.
  • Most shipments require an adult signature over the age of 18.

      Do you ship internationally?

      Yes, we do offer Shipping to Canada. Please get in touch with Customer Support and provide your complete address and postal code for an exact shipping quote. Also, include the item(s) and quantity you'd like to order.

      Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions with some international deliveries. In addition, you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

      We ship from our warehouse in San Diego, CA and we also use fulfillments centers to expedite products to you. We will update this page as we expand our network to better serve you.

      Do you offer Expedited Shipping options?

      Yes! We offer Expedited Shipping options in the cart and at the checkout. Expedited orders ship the next business day.

      When will I receive my order?

      Air Purifiers arrive within 1-3 business days after they ship, and Shipping is FREE. This shipping promotion reflects our commitment to quality service.

      All other orders come within 1-6 business days via Standard FREE Shipping. Look for our tracking status emails that show the ETA for your delivery.

      How can I track my order?

      Tracking status emails are sent every step of the way, keeping you in the loop. Check your email for the following notifications with a tracking link included - Ordered > Order Packed > On its way > Out for delivery > Delivered.

      Misc FAQ

      Do I pay sales tax on my order?

      We are required to collect 7.75% sales tax on orders shipped to California. All other destinations are tax-exempt at checkout.

      What if my order is damaged or missing parts?

      If you received your order and there's damage to the product or the box is missing an item, you must contact us at 888-888-2505. In this rare case, we will file a damage claim with the carrier and promptly send you the replacement. We value your business, and your satisfaction is our highest priority!
