When making a return, we can easily send you a pre-paid shipping label. You'll affix this to the package, and the return address will be pre-printed on the label.
You're not responsible for the original shipping amount (applicable to contiguous U.S. customers only). However, if you decide to return a product, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and deduct the amount from your refund. This amount will be, at most, $50.
There are no restocking fees for items returned in new, unopened condition. However, depending on the item and condition, we assess a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned products in used condition.
Please contact us immediately if you receive your order and notice any damage or other issues. We will file a damage claim with the shipping company and work with you to get a prompt replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your business!
You will receive a refund within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. Once a refund is issued, we will notify you promptly by email.
Note: The credit may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, but it should be available for spending within one to two business days after the refund is processed.
We don't offer exchanges, but you can return the product for a refund and place another order through our website.
