If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, simply return your YESAir® purifier for a full refund—no hidden fees, no restocking charges.

We believe once you experience cleaner, quieter air every day, you’ll never go back. But we also believe in earning your trust first—so take your time to try it in your own space, risk-free.

Return Info

  • You have 30 Days from receipt to initiate a return to us, and two weeks to get the product back to us. We'll do our best to make the return process Hassle-Free. 
  • Products returned with damage, scratches, serial number mismatch, or excessive wear to the filters will take longer to process and may be subject to additional fees. 
  • Returns must include all original materials and packaging.

How do I make a return?

Please contact our customer service to initiate a return. You can text or email us; we'll gladly help you return any product and make the process hassle-free. 

Can I contact you directly to start a return?

Absolutely! Email the team at cs@yesair.com or use the Contact Form so we can start your return. Please provide us with the following information:

  • Order #
  • Name
  • Reason for Return

Our support team will start the process and respond to you with the next steps.

Where do I send my return? 

When making a return, we can easily send you a pre-paid shipping label. You'll affix this to the package, and the return address will be pre-printed on the label. 

Who pays for shipping?

You're not responsible for the original shipping amount (applicable to contiguous U.S. customers only). However, if you decide to return a product, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and deduct the amount from your refund. This amount will be, at most, $50.

Are there any fees to expect when returning?

There are no restocking fees for items returned in new, unopened condition. However, depending on the item and condition, we assess a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned products in used condition.

 

What if I receive my order and there's damage?

Please contact us immediately if you receive your order and notice any damage or other issues. We will file a damage claim with the shipping company and work with you to get a prompt replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your business!

Refunds

When can I expect my refund?

You will receive a refund within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. Once a refund is issued, we will notify you promptly by email.

Note: The credit may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, but it should be available for spending within one to two business days after the refund is processed.

Exchanges

How can I make an exchange?

We don't offer exchanges, but you can return the product for a refund and place another order through our website.
