Return Anything for any reason within 30 Days

Returns Info:

  • You have 30 Days of receipt to initiate a return to us and two weeks to get the product back to us. We'll do our best to make the return process Hassle-Free. 
  • Products returned with damage, scratches, serial number mismatch, or excessive wear to the filters will take longer to process and may be subject to additional fees. 
  • Returns must include all original materials and packaging. 


How do I make a return?

Navigate to the Returns Portal, where you can initiate a return and print a shipping label instantly. In addition, the Portal allows you to look up your order using your order number and zip code. Once you're in, select the item you want to return and follow the prompts.

Note: The Return Portal is available to customers who purchase through our website at yesair.com If you purchased through an authorized online retailer, please contact them about their returns process.

Can I contact you directly to start a return?

Absolutely! In this case, email the team at support@yesair.com or use the Contact Form so we can start your return. Please provide us with the following information:

  • Order #
  • Name
  • Reason for Return

Our support team will start the process and respond to you with the next steps.

Where do I send my return? 

The shipping label issued through the Return Portal will have the return address & RMA# pre-preprinted on the label. You must affix the label to the package and drop it off at UPS.

When shipping the item back without a prepaid label, you must contact us for an RMA# and write this number outside the box near the shipping label.

Note: You do not need an RMA# when using the Returns Portal.

Who pays for shipping?

You're not responsible for the original shipping amount (contiguous US customers only). However, if you decide to return a product, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and deduct the amount from your refund. This amount will be, at most, $50.

Are there any fees to expect with a return?

There are no restocking fees for items returned in new, unopened condition. However, depending on the item and condition, we assess a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned products in used condition.

What if I receive my order and there's damage?

Please contact us immediately if you receive your order and notice any damage or other issues. We will file a damage claim with the shipping company and work with you to get a prompt replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your business!


When can I expect my refund?

You will receive a refund within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. Once a refund is issued, we will notify you promptly by email.

Note: The credit may take up to 1 billing cycle to reflect on your statement but should be available for spending within 1-2 business days after processing the refund.


How can I make an exchange?

We don't offer exchanges, but you can return the product for a refund and place another order through our website.
